Maryland District AAU Member Passes Away – Beverley Vincent

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we inform you of the death of our colleague teammate and AAU friend, BEVERLEY VINCENT, who passed away on June 9, 2023.

Beverley joined the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) in Year 2007. She was resolute and committed AAU member in the Maryland District and she fully served, supported, and promoted our District and the National AAU organization in various capacities:

MARYLAND DISTRICT AAU PARTNERS WITH UVU SPORTS + PERFORMANCE!

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND - September 21 - The Maryland District AAU and UVU Sports + Performance announced an exciting collaboration today, aimed at creating exciting 3-on-3 basketball leagues and also hosting engaging basketball camps tailored specifically for Maryland's elementary and middle school-aged children.

This dynamic partnership also aims to nurture a vibrant basketball community within the state, fostering teamwork, good sportsmanship, and providing invaluable developmental opportunities for young athletes.

“We're thrilled to announce a groundbreaking partnership between UVU Sports + Performance and AAU of Maryland!" said Mitchell Trellis, Owner and General Manager.
