History In The Making: Md. District AAU Hosts National Basketball Tournament

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — For the first time ever, the Maryland
District AAU is hosting a national basketball tournament. It’s
happening this summer on the Eastern Shore.
Mary Bubala reports it will showcase some of the youngest
talent across the nation and here at home.
It’s never happened before. Some of the youngest players
in the game will take the court this summer as the AAU
Maryland District hosts the national championship in Salisbury.

The team has traveled to three local tournaments, within Maryland. Thus far our record has improved, we haven’t won any tournaments yet, but we are still in the running, we have one more to go! ACPL Championship Bid Tournament May 10 – 11th in Richmond, VA
